Faraday had timed it with the missile in the Economist. Now, Jack and Juliet are getting worried, after all, Sayid and Desmond are lost on Lost in the lost helicopter. So finally the Faraday spoilers are that the perception of time on-island is very different from that off island - 2 days gone on island may not be much time at all. But if you go off course, there will be some creepy side effects:
